Miriam
Ginestier
has been organising and performing in le Boudoir since 1994.
Highly active in Montreal's queer community, she publishes a
monthly e-newsletter & organizes monthly Meow Mix parties.
Miriam is also an active performer, filmmaker, choreographer
and DJ. Mad about tango, she hopes to create a queer social
dance scene in Montreal over the next few years. Contact mim@aei.ca
Getting involved
Each edition of le Boudoir requires the help of over 30 volunteers
and staff. Areas we need help are postering/flyering, catering,
production assistance, props & costumes. Administrative
internships are also possible. If you are interested in performing,
please write to me first and tell me why you think your piece
would be appropriate for this event, bearing in mind that I
am looking for stylized work with a historic twist (pre-1940’s
please). Please do not send unsolicited videos. |
